About Me

Hello world travelers! I am Sara, the owner of Purdy’s Journeys LLC and I have over 12 years of experience working in the best industry.. travel! I began my career as a Travel Consultant and Team Leader of a retail store managing a team of travel advisors, before joining Envoyage and starting my own business based on the Jersey Shore.

I have hosted and attended countless travel seminars and trainings to become knowledgeable in all areas of the world. To provide my clients with first-hand destination expertise, I have traveled to 35 countries and counting. I enjoy all kinds of travel, ranging from luxurious getaways at 5* resorts, to eco lodge adventures in the Amazon Rainforest, to sightseeing and dining my way through European small towns and big cities.

When it comes to taking care of my clients’ travels, I provide first-class service and attention to every detail. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with my clients and getting to know your exact preferences so that I can personalize your travel experience.

I am a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors, the New Jersey Association of Central Jersey Travel Professionals, and am an Envoyage Ambassador. I earned the ILT Rising Star Award in May 2023, was inducted into Celebrity Cruises’ Iconic Advisor Club in October 2023, won an Envoyage Envy award for Best Travel Experience in May 2024, and am honored to be a top 10 Envoyage advisor as an ICON in July 2024.

"Sara did an incredible job of planning our belated Honeymoon to Greece (Chania, Heraklion, Santorini and Athens)! She set us up on some extremely special tours with locals who really helped us immerse in the culture, something we would not have found on our own, for example a culinary tour of Chania visiting a local farm to table traditional restaurant. She took our preferences into consideration and made a trip tailored just for us that felt like it should have cost way more than it did! She also let everyone know we were celebrating my birthday and our marriage and we we treated to free wine and upgrades everywhere we went. The hotel she found for us in Santorini was something out of my wildest vacation dreams!
